Hello Community!
We Have configured multiple notifications to trigger on different criteria, here I have to trigger only one If Requestor, Assigned to, Watch list, and @mentioned in comments. we are triggering several notifications using these criteria.
Now How can I trigger only one Notification If same person is added in those fields.
Now am triggering multiple notifications to same person, Want to restrict and send one notification for all those changes if add same person in above fields.
Your assistance may help to grow up my self.
Thanks in Advance!

Hi @Mad3 ,
Try playing with the "Weight" field of the Notifications, which means if the Weight of the notifications is "0" then it would be sent definitely and the notifications having more weight would be sent and the lesser weight would not be sent and user would not be spammed by so many emails.

@Community Alums ,
Thanks for the reply!
Like I mentioned above how much weight should give to trigger one notification, like is it depend upon how many notifications are configured or something else...
Do not under stand how it works...

Hi @Mad3 ,
Let's say you have 3 notifications:
1st Notification having weight 40
2nd Notification having weight 20
3rd Notification having weight 0
So, the 3rd Notification would definately be sent, however between 1st and 2nd notification the 1st notification would be triggered as it has weight 40 and the 2nd notification would be skipped.
