We have a few workers that did not generate the activity sets and their onboarding case through the integration.
When we try to manually do it. it only creates the parent case but not the full activity sets to go along with it
How can we manually trigger the full activity set with the parent LCE case?

HI @Casey4 ,
I trust you are doing fine.
- Identify the parent LCE case for which you want to trigger the full activity set.
- Navigate to the "Case" form in ServiceNow.
- Open the parent LCE case by searching for it using relevant criteria, such as case number or any other unique identifier.
- Once the case is open, locate the related list named "Activity Sets" or similar, which contains the activities associated with the case.
- Check if any activity sets are already present. If there are no activity sets, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, skip to step 8.
- Create a new activity set by clicking on the "New" button in the related list.
- Fill in the required information for the activity set, such as name, description, and any other relevant details. Save the activity set.
- If there are existing activity sets, review them to ensure they are appropriate for the case. Edit or update them as needed.
- To trigger the full activity set, navigate back to the parent LCE case form.
- In the "Activity Sets" related list, select the activity set(s) that you want to trigger by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
- Click on the "Trigger Selected" button or a similar option available in the related list.
- The system will initiate the selected activity set(s) and associate them with the parent LCE case.
- Verify that the activity sets and their associated activities have been created and are now linked to the parent case.
