Trouble getting PDI - no password displayed and instance not waking up

I am having some issues getting into my PDI. I requested a new instance, it doesn't show me my password, and right after that it will go to hibernating state and won't wake up. I could release and request a new instance but password is still not showing. Can someone help me with this please?

Options are not available to choose, they are grey out

ok then you have to wait for a day or two...  if still you see the same thing then you got to ignore and create  a new instace. Because servicenow do not provide any support for PDIs...

I did try creating a new instance, but it is not showing the current password (literally showing me the ***), I cant log in to my instance and change the pw like the normal process
