Trouble getting PDI - no password displayed and instance not waking up

I am having some issues getting into my PDI. I requested a new instance, it doesn't show me my password, and right after that it will go to hibernating state and won't wake up. I could release and request a new instance but password is still not showing. Can someone help me with this please?

Hi click on manage password
and then do below step

Click on wake instance... and wait for sometime ..
