Trouble getting PDI - no password displayed and instance not waking up

I am having some issues getting into my PDI. I requested a new instance, it doesn't show me my password, and right after that it will go to hibernating state and won't wake up. I could release and request a new instance but password is still not showing. Can someone help me with this please?

Yes, it will give me a new instance with the password **** like the pic. I can go to my instance but it requires me to reset password

Hi i have seen lots of people face this issue its better to release instance and request new one

I did try creating a new instance, but it doesn't provide me a proper password, I cant log in
