Trouble getting PDI - no password displayed and instance not waking up

I am having some issues getting into my PDI. I requested a new instance, it doesn't show me my password, and right after that it will go to hibernating state and won't wake up. I could release and request a new instance but password is still not showing. Can someone help me with this please?

Once your instance is up, then you will find the options to manage password.
Wait for sometime, it should be up, and you will be able to access your password.

Hi @_lt20
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
