As the title suggests, I have an issue with loading a consumer_user record. So, let's give some context:
After the Xanadu upgrade, a single csm_consumer_user record went missing on the Dev/Test/Int instances. This is a guest user we need on all instances for some widgets to work as expected.
I tried importing it via XML, but when I click upload, nothing happens. I have the rights to upload from XML, and I was in the Global application.
Next, I tried importing the user to an update set and commit it, but I got an error message back. It tells me that there is already a "Duplicate entry '9a24b69c1b77d110fe2341588b4bcb18' for key 'PRIMARY'". I checked with SN Utils and this sys_id doesn't exist anywhere on the instances as far as I am aware.
So, I'm currently blocked with this one, and wanted to reach out for help to the community. Thank you very much for reading, and your help in advance!
