Troubleshoot LDAP user import

Hello Experts,

we have LDAP setup (NO MID Server)

The users are well imported though without issue , but the 'Test Connection' is not successful.

Anyway where I can see that users are being created and how. May be I am not looking at right place.

How the users are imported if connection is not successful?

You can check sys_user table if records got updated as per Scheduled Import frequency

check the import set staging table if users got fetched from LDAP or not, that will tell if users are brought from LDAP or not

Hi @Nisha30 

If you're using LDAP, then a successful connection with the user is mandatory—without that, LDAP won't work. Are you referring to some demo data in the PDI, or something else? Could you share a screenshot to help understand better?
