trying to change background color for state field in portal

For few incidents, it is working for some it's not. For Incidents from custom table are working, not working for other incidents.

I couldn't figure out how this has been done. I have checked multiple places but unable to find any logic. If anyone has any idea or experience. Please share it with me.

You will have to update the widget that is being used or at least check to see how the widget is doing the rendering.

I have checked the widget, widget instance & page CSS but couldn't find anything to my eye.
