Add mini composer Email option in interaction form (workspace)

How can i add email to compose tab for interaction table in custom workspace

Go to sys_dictionary, find the record https://{yourinstance}.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary.do?sys_id=abe14dd09004021087de3cfccdb0d6d9%26sysparm_view=sow  , on the related list attributes click new, and add the attribute Email client with value = true,, and that should be it.

This is not email client ,this is an mini email composer i tried it already and looking for option in compose section  of record page as shown in images

Hello Kiran, have you tried my solution though ? Because when I provided you the solution, I tried that exact setup on my PDI in Xanadu on the service operations workspace in an out of the box setup, and it just does what you wanted. The compose email is actually linked with the email client being enabled on the table ( you can see this on the ui action compose email), so for me it just automatically showed up after I did the steps mentioned.

Nope unfortunately it didnt showed up ,can you remove email client and check if this is pre configured by any chance?
