Trying to fetch the reference field data in agent mobile through URL function, but it is not working

Hi Team, 

 

I have created a function which is working with URL in agent mobile application to show a new form of custom table. In that I am unable to fetch reference field values(Magnifying glass) in agent mobile application, can you please help me to resolve this problem.
