Reference Qualifier using CI Relationships for Business Application Name derived from Service

Hi Team,

I'd really appreciate your help/advice, I am hoping this is not too complex but am struggling with what approach/script I need to use, as a Reference Qualifier on a CI Relationship table.

I have attached some screenshots of my Incident Form configuration and also the CI Relationship table.

I am trying to get the Application Name (u_application_name) field to only show/reference qualify 'Business

Applications' (cmdb_ci_appl) that relate to the 'Service' (business_service) field which is based on the (cmdb_ci_service) Table that is selected?

Am I supposed to build an Advanced Reference Qualifier based on the CI Relationships (cmdb_ci_rel) Table or not - do I have to link the Business Application within the CI Relationships table?

Would the script need to relate the Parent to the Child so that only the Child is displayed based on the Parent selected.

I would really appreciate any advice, in case you have tried to achieve this before?
