Hello Community,
I have successfully configured CTI integration with Twilio using a paid Twilio subscription, and it's working fine. However, I am currently facing an issue with call recording.
Could someone please assist me in configuring the call recording integration between Twilio and ServiceNow? I would appreciate any guidance on how to enable call recording.
