Hello,
I am researching the pros and cons of the three products : Twilio | xMatter | PagerDuty to be able to implement in my organization.
Looking for some suggestions and experiences to add to my research data. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tiyasa,
I have worked on twilio & notify and it was used for Incident Alert whenever there is a P1 a incident alert ticket will be created a designated group/members will be automatically call in a bridge or SMS broadcast. Twilio uses SN Notify API and we can customize it as well based on our requirements. Some Demo Credit (40-50$) is given be twilio initially.

Thanks, Abhineet. Actually, we have done some initial research with Twilio-Notify as POC, but as a business requirement, I have been asked to research other products as well.
I have seen this post but i need more info for a basic study.

Hi tiyasa,
Full disclosure, I work for xMatters.
For a good look at the xMatters scheduling, you can check out our training videos. We have them for the entire application here:
xMatters Learning — training and learning center
And here's the one for creating a schedule:
Create On-Call Schedules — xMatters Learning
Our pricing is on the web page here (scroll down to see the nice columns):
https://www.xmatters.com/products/it-management/
I can answer any specific questions you have and we can see about getting you on a call with a customer if that would be helpful.
Happy Monday!
--- Travis
