Twitter integration

Hi,

I do have an issue with Twitter Spoke on Utah. I have followed the documentation:

used for it a default app in developer twitter, created both connections. I've tried to setup a flow with trigger "outage creation" but when I test it, I'm getting the following error 

Any idea what can cause it?

@DanielCordick I've seen your article, looks like you have managed the integration. Can you maybe help somehow?
