Two Same SLA are creating.

Hi All
When I try to change the assignment group in the incident form it is creating two same response SLA's. One with state in InProgress and other with Complete state.
any suggestion How to resolve this issue, thanks in advanced.

Open these two SLAs in separate tabs and check if they refer to the same SLA, or if only the name is the same while the conditions differ. If they are the same, then verify the reset and start conditions to see if the issue is related to those specific settings.

You need to verify the start condition and cancel condition as I see both from the single SLA.
