Hello @Vamsi_Y ,
Since by your described information its not fully clear what exactly you're trying to achieve so assuming that there is one "Incident" on the change table and you want to make it visible when Type--emergency & it will be hidden when the Type--normal, if yes this you can achieve this by using UI Policy on change table and refer the below image for better understanding.
