The main goal of the community forum (and the most other like stackoverflow) is providing common questions and solution, which can help other people and not only for one person. If you open some question in the forum you will see the text of the question and the text of the answer marked as correct. Other parts of discussions (replies) is not visible by default and most people read the rest only after reading the main part (the text of the question).
