Type messages field for requester is missing

Hello All,

Requester who ever submitted the record and when ever open their record  and tried send messages but they couldn't because field is not available to them. Is there a way to show that field for requesters? and even attachment icon is missing. Need inputs

ACL's are saying that the user doesn't have write access.

 I guess the records are closed?

Hi Raj,

Check for ACL of type write for comments field on the required table (table which they do not see the meessage field)
