Auto Assignment group

Hello!

How can I populate the assignment group based on location? I have a variable (select box) that hold all locations, I want to auto assign the ticket to the assignment group based on the selected location. I am not sure what's the best way, is it BR or flow ad how? I have 12 locations

How do you define which group is to be triggered for which location? Is it a static list, or is it available in the system?

Where do you want to do this? Is it a record producer, catalog item?

you can create a system property which holds mapping of select box value and group

Then handle this anywhere, BR or workflow etc

what did you start with and where are you stuck?
