Typehead search Results is not overlapping on the other container in service portal ?

Hi All,

 

I have requirement Regrading service portal, typehead search result is not overlapping on the other container I have tried with z index still it's not working

Did you changed the OOB Code of Type Ahead Search Widget , if not can you share the script ?
