There are different type of integration available like inbound, outbound, scripted web services, data source. Integration can be uni-directional or bi-directional based upon the business use case.
There are many ways to achive it, using REST, SOAP, EMAIL Inbound etc.
You can refer few links for your information:

Hi Mohd,
if my understanding is correct,
Third-party integrations
Many of the integrations included in the base system require little or no setup, and operate in the same way. Certain integrations, such as the Qualys Cloud Platform, however, require separate steps for setting up the integration, entering an API key, and setting API credentials. Others support different sets of scan and lookup types and different rate limits.
This section describes the differences between the supported integrations and points you to more documentation, as needed.
- IBM QRadar Integration overview: IBM QRadar SIEM is used to enrich security incidents with QRadar offense information.
- Security Operations Palo Alto Networks - AutoFocus integration overview: Palo Alto Networks AutoFocus is a threat intelligence cloud service that provides prioritized, actionable cyberthreat intelligence.
- Security Operations Palo Alto Networks - Firewall integration overview: Palo Alto Networks Firewall allows you to set up and maintain firewalls for preventing known and unknown threats across the network, cloud, and endpoints.
- Security Operations Palo Alto Networks - WildFire integration overview: Wildfire allows you to programmatically send file analysis jobs to Wildfire and query report data through a simple XML API interface.
- Qualys Cloud Platform integration: Qualys Cloud Platform is used in Vulnerability Response.
- Splunk: Splunk is used in Security Incident Response to create security incidents and security events.
- Security Operations Tanium Integration integration overview: Security Operations Tanium integration uses a workflow and workflow activities to return running processes for affected CIs.
- VirusTotal: VirusTotal is used in Threat Intelligence. To use this lookup source, you must activate the VirusTotal Integration plugin.
- Activate and configure third-party integrationsYou can activate the plugins for third-party integrations and configure them for use from the same screen.
- Create an integrationYou can create an integration and add the associated integration card to the Security Integrations screen. This procedure is intended for partners who create third-party integrations
