What are the different types of users in ServiceNow.

Hi Sandie,

In servicenow terms there are 3 types of users

Requestors - users with no roles assigned to them

Approvers - those with just approver role

Fulfillers - those with some roles assigned to them except approver

Generally, 3 or 5 personas are defined by default, but there's scope to create others based upon individual organisational requirements.
