Greetings, everyone.
I'm experiencing something very weird: The UI action buttons that I configured for a table, which was extended from the "Task" table, suddenly stopped showing up in the workspace view.
What's weird is that they are still showing up in the form view.
I'm having a hard time finding out what exactly is causing this problem, since I have checked both "Form Button" and "Workspace Form Button" checkboxes.
Would anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please check if the UI actions are present on "sys_ux_form_action" table if not then you need to create them on those table as well.
