UI action is not working

Hello Folks,

 

In my instance "Accept Resolution" UI action is not working.

 

If I click on the "Accept Resolution" link on portal it's not working.
I have checked TOdo configurations for same as it apperas under to do list of my tasks.

 

Please help

We are having this issue in Washington DC.  Tested in sub-prod Vancouver instance as well, with the same results.  Reviewed suggestion by @Sid_Takali but the KB was not helpful.

 

@Vedant  have you discovered anything else since you posted?
