UI Action List field is not clickable in workspace.

1) I have created field on Business application [cmdb_ci_business_app] table. That field in of type "UI Action List" and labled "Business Criticality". 

2) I have created a UI Action and linked the sys_id of this UI Action in the above created field in default value section.

Issue -> In native list view Business Criticality field is clickable and functioning properly, but in the workspace list view Business Criticality field is not clickable.

Refer the screenshot to see the configurations:

1) UI Action 

Name: Business Criticality

Client: true

List choice: true

2) UI Action List field.

Label: Business Criticality

Type: UI Action List

Default value: correct sys_id of Above UI action.

3) Working correctly on native list view.

4) Not working i.e not clickable in workspace list view

We want:

1) when someone clicks on "Business Criticality" field, it will open a smart assessment in a popup window, which user can fill and submit.

So, for that I have to make the "Business Criticality" field clickable on workspace.

Yes, did.

and the button is showing in the form context menu in workspace.

But, what about the Business Criticality field. Why it is not clickable in workspace and clickable in native list view, that is more concerning for mw.
