Hi @Apaul
In Workspace, it's not a standard UI action — it's a Declarative UI Action.
So, you need to link or map it by creating a Declarative UI Action specifically for Workspace.

Hi,
1.Navigate to Now Experience Framework -> Form action layout groups
2. Open "Close" group for HR case
3. Update the actions field to show/hide close complete button
