UI action "Export" option is not shown/visible in service operation workspace.

Hi Everyone,

 

"Export" option is invisible in below UI action in service operational workspace. But it is present in all other categories like Incident, Problem , Knowledge , catalogs.

Below screen "Export" option is present in service operational workspace to export the data.

Could you please help me where can i check to fix the above issue.

Hi

please check the following record: /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_declarative_action_assignment.do%3Fsys_id%3D99c2f6b273131010a0... 

Make sure that in tab "Conditions" no condition is configured which prevents displaying the button.

Also check in related list "Action Exclusions" whether the related table is configured here. I added into that list a certain table and then the "Export" button disappeared.
