How to create a Interactive Filter base on column a Report have type is List

I want to create a filter base on columns in the picture ! These columns are variables of a record producer ! I set them into incident table by formatter ! Please some one help me ! Thank you so much

this is not possible OOTB. The only option I can see at the moment is to build your own interactive filter. See my article Approaches for Interactive Filters on List fields
