UI Action "Reject" Button clicks then Comments field to mandatory

I have Place the Reject button using UI Action, When I click that button it get reject and move to the list view but I have to enable the comments within  the form view itself

Also make sure you have client check box enabled in the UI action and give same function name in onclick field
