UI Action to export a form to pdf

I am trying to create a button to export my problem form to pdf. Is it possible to call Export > PDF > Portrait context menu using UI Action?

When I click on the button nothing happens and the log shows error...  image 2

I followed the same code but when i clicking on ui action button .It's not doing anything.

Kindly ,tell me where i am doing wrong.
