UI Action to redirect user in the same Tab to specific URL in SOW

How can I  create UI Action to redirect user in the same Tab to specific URL in SOW?
Right now, on click the user is being redirect to the url but on a new Tab.

please try to add # at the beginning of your URL so "#sow/record/....

I doubt you can achieve this.

Try searching any existing OOB UI action
