ui actions for new task

Hi, everyone
I have a question and I would appreciate it if someone could help me.
I am in the request form and I want to create a manual task from the request in a related list by clicking the New button.
I want the only task in one of its fields to have a certain value.

Also working on something similar. Also want some explenation of what this script is doing if anyone knows. AKA what is this whole glide app wizard intercept method and the check wizard function
