UI Builder: data resource bindings behave oddly in Chrome

1. When I open my Page in Chrome and look at my data resources, most of them -- not all -- show the following behavior. The binding blinks on & off, as long as the page remains open. The page will often lock up when this is going on, if I make any attempt to re-establish the binding. It does not lock up if I do nothing. This does not occur in Edge, only Chrome.

So one moment the binding is there, then it's gone, then it's back. I have not found anything that makes this behavior stop. I tried to get a couple of snapshots to illustrate this, but this is the best I could get:

2. After the Vancouver update a lot of these bindings were displayed as [Object object]. I did not observe whether that was limited to Chrome, I just went ahead and fixed it. That feels like an upgrade-related corruption issue.

Hey Thomas, 

We're also experiencing the same 2 issues you've described after our instance was upgraded to Vancouver. UI Builder in Utah was rock solid. We have an active case with ServiceNow to assist us with these issues.

It actaully does happen in Edge, just less often. I tried shutting down, and that seemed to help, but not consistently.

Hey Thomas,

No unfortunately SN did not resolve the issue, however they have changed the look-and-feel of UI Builder interface with Washington release and the data binding is now done differently (see screenshot). We haven't experienced the data binding blinking issue with the updated UIB (so far).
