UI Builder - How to make Data Visualization single score open table

Hi Community

 

Sorry for the really silly question but I'm not sure how I do this.

 

I've created a new experience in UI Builder in the agent workspace shell. Created a data visualization single score for the incident table and I want users to be able to click the score and it opens the incident table within the experience.

 

Can someone please guide me or provide some links.

It needs to be map to a new page, with a list component. That page could be generic enough that it works for different data visualizations. For example, I have it mapped to a page and then pass in different page parameters.

Hi Shannon,

 

You just need to create the Simple List page (using the template). What you might notice is that no optional/mandatory params are set. Click the three dots on the page > add required params, and add table, listTitle, query, view and you should then see these when creating a new event. Thanks.

Add the required parameters in the list view page. Then in the destination event it'll show up
