UI Builder: How to write client script using encoded query and use it in Bind data method ?

Hi All,

I need to create a client script in UI builder using encoded query. I will use/call the client script in Bind data method.

I am new to UI builder so do not know how to create client script and use /call it in Bind data method?

Encoded query is,

assignment_groupIN@STate.assignment_group^ORinitiated_from.skillsIN@STate.skills^initiated_from.state=-2^initiated_from.ref_change_request.u_category_type=cip^active=true

Please help me to create it.
