UI Builder – Can’t show existing “Network ID” field on Transaction card (Card Dispute Record Generator)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to display an existing field called “Network ID” on a transaction card (attached in the screenshots below) in a UI Builder experience, but I’m missing something and the field never shows up.

What I’m trying to do
On the transaction card , I want to show Network ID right after the Posting Date/Time value. The Network ID field already exists on the underlying form/record, I just want to surface it on the card.

What I’ve done so far
1. Opened UI Builder: Card Dispute Record Generator.
2. In the Lookup Transactions (data source / component), Added the Network ID field so it’s included in the data return (as shown in my screenshot).
3. I also checked where the transaction date is displayed on the card: In the transaction details configuration/template, I added Network ID to the item definition (same place where Posting Date/Time is configured).

Problem
Even after adding Network ID in both places (Lookup Transactions and the transaction details item definition), the field still doesn’t appear on the card at runtime.

Questions
• Is there another place in UI Builder or in this Card Dispute Record Generator setup where I also need to add/map the field?
• Do I need to update the data resource, repeater/item template, or a specific card component property to bind the Network ID field correctly?
• Any step-by-step example for adding an existing field to this transaction card would be really helpful.
