UI Macro to make a time picker for catalog item variable

Hi all,

On catalog item variables, you can choose Date or Date/Time as the type. Is there away that I can just do time? Like how you can on form field types?

I assume it's going to be through a UI Macro or UI Page, but I can't figure out how to do so.

I have created a Time Picker Variable (just time)

works in both UI16 & Portal
