UI pages to compare records from 2 tables

Hi,

 

we have a requirement where we need a Ui page which works like a compare to current related link.

 

There are 2 tables: Table A with a related list B , Table C with related list D. both have a unique field - Request ID

 

We need to create a UI page which picks both the records along with all the records in the related list and be shown in a column like below

After that we should compare the field values of both the columns and show a proceed button in green, If values don't match then a mail should be sent.

It may be possible to compare the fields from to records and send an email if anything is different, but like you are describing will be impossible. What is the requirement?
