UI Policy and actions getting duplicates after migrate to UAT

Hi Team , 

I am finding bit strange after deployment UI Policy and action dev to UAT

I can see in dev environment we have 4 UI policy in record Producer ..when I checked in UAT looks like policies are getting duplicated , i found there r 9 UI policy ..

my question is why its got duplicated instead of updating .

what could be the reason and the solution .

please backout the Update set from UAT and Try Again.

When you captured the customizations in Update set Can you check how many Ui policies  & Actions are there in the Update sets.
