Unable to add attachments to the Catalog Item through ATF getting error as 'invalid table:'

Hi,

I am unable to add attachments to the catalog item present in the Service catalog via ATF. ATF has provided two steps:

1. Add Attachments to Form

2. Add Attachments to Form(SP)

Even after using the above steps, I am not able to achieve the functionality. Getting error for this steps. Kindly let us know any solutions for this.

Can you please share the test steps?

Also Did you open the Existing record and then use Add Attachments Test Step?

I need to attach document while create request from Service Portal, so I cannot use Open Existing Record Step 

I am using Open a Form (SP) test step as per Test Step Configurations

I have attach the steps & Step configurations screenshots

Also after using the step "Add attachments to the form(SP) what error are you getting ,is it same "Invalid table"?

Or some other error you are getting?

Also check below things:

Did you check these things

1) User has write access to the table to add the attachment

2) Does the table have the No_Attachment attribute set as true?
