Unable to Add Attachments

Hi all,

 

I've run into an issue where we're unable to add any attachments at all to our production instance. When clicking the paperclip to attached something, a choose file button appears as normal and upon selecting a file, the green bar flashes and disappears, not attaching anything. This is the same for the self service portal.

 

I've tried as an admin, itil and standard user, no joy.

 

Has anyone got any ideas?

Check one property know as glide.attachment.extensions.

Thanks for your reply, i set a business rule up to block attachments some time ago and totally forgot about it! This has since been disabled.
