Unable to add certain fields to sys_template

Hi all,

 

I am trying to create a sys_template record to apply a template on the change_request table.

 

The issue is I don't have access to certain required fields in the Template field, for instance: start_date, end_date, assigned_to, requested_by

Is there a way to enable these fields in the Template? Thanks!

This did not work as I cannot find the "Applies to" field in the Template table. Is this a real field?
