Unable to add External email address to Watch List

Hi All,

Can someone guide me how do I get the Email address field in Watch List to add users who are not present in sys_user table . I am not able to see this option in Watch list but the Service now Docs say we can add it using below.

I cannot see this when I Open the Watchlist  pleas guide.

Hi,

What watchlist is that because there's different types. For mine, within an Incident I see this:

Notice the envelope icon. That's what the Doc is talking about.

It appears that it will only show up if your instance has that feature installed, which for us, is customer service. You can't contact outside SN without that (like allow them to see the incident, etc.)

This Watch list is on HR scope it is extending the Task table .

Hi All,

I am in Human Resource: Core scope and cannot see the Email address in Watch list when cheeking the Hr Case form extending one of the COE .
