unable to add incident

Hello,

 

On change form via related list i add incident>parent and when i edit add left to right incident and save but after is not visible what i can do.

so basically you are not able to link an INC with CHG via the parent field.

you are saying you are moving INC from left to right When Edit is clicked and it doesn't get saved

Any error you get?

Any BR is stopping you from updating the Parent field on INC with this CHG?

even i dont no what why this is not work im investigate but still i dont no

we don't have access to your instance.

can you check what error you got after saving?

any before update BR on incident which is stopping

what debugging did you do?

are you adding closed/resolved INCs OR active ones?

I am in Zurich PDI . Incident>Parent related list - not getting from change.
