Vertical lane in triaging dashboard

Hi Team,

 

Is there any way to remove HR service from vertical lane in triaging dashboard? And add new options?

I doubt you can change the behavior and hide it

but still explore on this UI builder component

I guess Directly you can not remove it, 

Administrators typically leave the list as-is and instead select Priority or HR assignment group as the default view.

 

  • Navigate to your HR Agent Workspace > Triaging Dashboard.
  • Click the Settings icon and change the Vertical lane setting from HR service to priority or HR assignment group
