Hi @Vaibhav Ramteke ,
I tried it now -> Its working fine . I selected multiple INC, all showing in Incident related List.
- Can you clear instance cache using cache.do and try
- If still issue persists , can you check if change management plugin is up to date.
- If needed Repair it.

ahoy @Vaibhav Ramteke,
is the record that you are trying to add active? If it is not production, you can try to add any other record to learn whether it is a record-specific or the whole addition-specific.
Also, the user who is adding the records, do they have the proper access permitted (for CHG and INC it shall be itil unless custom roles applied)
There are two Incident related lists, are you using the correct one?

yes im using correct one which is from related list Incident>parent
and 2nd is im creating from m2m relationship.
2nd is working but i want to be 1st one working which adding from related list
