Unable to back-out batch update set.

After importing a successful batch update set which has around 19 child sets, I tried to back-out the update set. The roll back coursed some error which i fixed by analyzing each error. After doing that I tried again with back-out, but progress bar showed failed with msg "An unrecoverable error occurred while trying to back out the update set. Details of the error can be found in the system log."

Hi Sooraj. I'd like to bring your attention to the fact that update set backouts are not a recommended practice. They're far from reliable and may have unexpected effects, not to mention that they often fail right in the middle. I'd be very cautious with the feature, and would definitely not attempt a batch backout.

Since many teams I know forbid the practice altogether, I'd suggest you follow a standard procedure and create a new update set with required changes. You can easily revert a record to desired state like so:
