Unable to change view from inside the form

Hello all!

Hope you had a great weekend. So here is my issue. This happened a couple of times before too and never could find the reason or a solution to this.

So there's about 5 views to a custom table, let's call them Views A,B,C,D and E. Once we open a record in View E, we are unable to switch to any other view. If we go out of the record to list view, then we are able to change to any view. This is happening only for this particular view E. From any of the first 4 views, we can switch to another view. This happened before too for view C. Now its working fine and I didn't do anything to fix it.

Did any of you come across a problem like this? Or do you know what I can do to fix it? Please help!! Thanks in advance

So this is specific to one particular view on a specific table? Does it happen anywhere else in the system (other tables, other views?)

Have you tried turning on debugging to see if there is anything showing up in the logs?

I don't see this happening anywhere else as of now. It's only for one view on one table. However, this isn't new. It happened before as well for another view on the same table. And yes, I tried to debug, but I don't see any more logs after I try to switch to a different view. It's like its not even happening.

9 years later, I have encountered the same problem. While editing a Dictionary Entry as admin, I had to change from Default View to Advanced View so I could access the Calculated fields. I am unable to change back to the default view because the View sub-menu no longer appears when I right click the form header.
