I'm trying to create a function field for a table in a scoped application that I'm developing, but I'm not able to do it. According to the documentation, all I need to do is:
1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Dictionary
2. Click New
3. Select Function field
4. Fill in the fields on the form
However, after clicking New, I don't get the option to select Function field and instead it immediately opens to step #4, which is filling in the fields on the form. If I click Advanced view, the Function field checkbox is grayed out.
Does anyone have an idea why this doesn't work?
